PT DWI MITRA ANDYOS PERKASA achieved ISO 9001 Certificate on July 15th, 2020 because of its application of quality management system in the scope of organization structure, operational efficiency, complaint handling, and On Call 24 Hour Services.

Obtaining the award was not an easy matter. PT DWI MITRA ANDYOS PERKASA underwent six stages process, preparation, document compilation, implementation and auditing, improvement and prevention, and finally the certification itself. The process began with the forming of Internal Team, which is handles the quality management certification process.

ISO 9001 Certificate is the ultimate recognition of global quality. It proved that PT DWI MITRA ANDYOS PERKASA has been ready to face the era of globalization. The achievement has made PT DWI MITRA ANDYOS PERKASA aware that quality is the most important thing, -its application, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
